Your Digital Profile
The first thing we do is create a securely encrypted digital profile for each driver. No sensitive information is kept with this profile, just the other information that goes into the carriers’ applications. Once we’ve gathered that information one time, you’ll never have to sit through the application process with us ever again; just occasional job history updates. And if you get all your jobs through us, we’ll even be able to update that for you.
Whether you prefer the TenStreet Intelli-app or the CDL Suite application, filling the app out over the phone with your consultant to get things moving, or doing it by yourself; our process is designed to fit your preferences while accomplishing the objective as quickly and efficiently as possible: getting you a better new seat ASAP!
Complete Anonymity
Your digital driver profile is stored on our account with Google’s highly secure encrypted servers as a randomly generated ID number, just like a Swiss bank account. If you prefer not to share your sensitive information (DOB & SSN) over phone, you may submit it securely and anonymously via our ID Vault Repository with your application number.
Keep it Secret, Keep it Safe
Once you’ve submitted your DOB & SSN with your Application number, our system’s AI will automatically match your application number to your profile and automatically transmit the completed application to the appropriate carrier. No human being from our side ever needs to see your date of birth or SSN, though all of our Driver Services Specialists are assured to handle your information with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care should you choose to have them process that information for you to help expedite the process.
