US Xpress offers a family atmosphere where extra work is available on your off days if you want to earn more money. Their office staff has over 60 years combined experience with USX, and almost all of them have driven a semi.

They’ve implemented the Road Ready Promise to make sure drivers have a clean truck that is ready to run, and are investing in the program in three ways:

  1. Trucks will receive a pre-seat 6-point inspection and cleaning before new Dedicated drivers are seated after completing orientation.
  2. We have a Road Ready Crew that will clean and inspect trucks at slip seat locations weekly.
  3. We’re asking slip seat drivers to do their part by making sure their slip seat truck is clean at the end of their shift.

US XPRESS offers free college for company drivers and their children. With their full ride program they will pay 100% of the college tuition for two family members at a time; either 2 dependent children or the driver and one dependent.
